Q. Can anyone become a franchisee? A. All applicants must meet the qualification criteria set by the franchiser. These criteria focus on an applicant’s financial capabilities and their ability to become a good retailer. Q. Who will supply all my merchandise? A. Komfort will supply at least 90% of the merchandise you sell. Franchisees are allowed to purchase up to 10% of their merchandise from other suppliers.

Q. How much money will I make?
A. Actual earnings will vary based on store size and location. If you satisfy our qualification criteria, we will provide you with more financial information about existing locations.

Q. Do I have to pay any royalty to the franchiser?
A. Yes. The franchisee will pay a 3% royalty of monthly net sales to the franchiser.

Q. How long is the franchise agreement?
A. It is five years with the option to renew for another five years.

Q. If my store is successful, can I apply for a second franchise?
A. Absolutely. There are no restrictions in how many franchises you can own.

Q. Do I have to pay for advertising fees?
A. The franchisee will not be responsible for general advertising conducted by the franchiser that also promotes other Komfort locations. However, the franchisee will be responsible for all advertising costs associated with promoting only his retail location.
